Fostoria manufactures electric and gas infrared oven systems and controls, convection ovens, and high velocity hot-air impingement ovens (Transco). These ovens are used for baking, curing, drying, pre-heating, or dry-off; for process heat requirements in finishing, coatings and automotive markets; and thermoforming, adhesives, laminating and specialized applications.

The company was founded in 1957 as "Holtgreven Scale Co.". In the early days the mission was to simply to "service and repair existing scale installations". As the company has grown so have the services. Services now include concrete construction, steel fabrication, custom system design and our own LOADMASTER scale line.
